About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Melbourne team. This fast-paced role sees you working with a key customers and providing end to end import operations services alongside our fantastic national team.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing)
- Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners
- Ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
- Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers
- Monitoring key operational activities to ensure efficient completion of import duties
- Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP

About You
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with an International Freight Forwarder
- Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous
